Craft & Material Characteristics:
Ceramic and natural stone/crystal components are handmade or high-temperature fired. Minor handcrafting marks, specks, pinholes, or slight color variations are natural characteristics of handcraftsmanship. Sizes are measured manually; please refer to the actual product.

Choking Hazard Warning (Small Parts):
Products sold in this store, including beads, natural crystals, metal findings, and ceramic accessories, contain small parts.
Please store all materials securely out of reach of infants, small children, and pets to prevent accidental ingestion or choking hazards. Children should never handle these items without adult supervision.
Usage Precautions:
Ceramic beads and natural crystals are fragile; avoid dropping, heavy impact, or pressure. Discontinue use immediately if skin irritation occurs from metal components.
Refund & Return Policy
(Compliant with Australian Consumer Law - ACL)
Consumer Guarantees: Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault or if the product differs significantly from its description.
Return Window: Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Returned items must be unused, un-cut, and in their original packaging.
Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your Order Number and photos of the damaged items. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind: Under ACL guidelines, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, custom-cut cords/wires, or clearance items.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Ready-to-ship orders are processed and dispatched within 1 - 3 business days (excluding weekends and QLD public holidays).
Shipping Rates & Delivery (Fulfilled by Australia Post with Tracking):
VIP Members: Free Shipping on orders over $69 AUD.
Non-Members: Free Standard Shipping on orders over $99 AUD. A flat rate of $9.95 AUD applies to orders under $99 AUD (Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days).
Express Post: Flat rate of $14.95 AUD (Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days).
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. Redelivery fees caused by incorrect shipping information will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Terms of Service
$39 AUD / Month Membership Terms:
The membership fee automatically recurs every 30 days. Exclusive gifts will be dispatched with your monthly order or shipped separately.
Member creation sales on our official platforms are subject to our studio's review and vendor agreement.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal at least 24 hours prior to the next billing date. Current billing period fees are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property: All content, images, designs, and brand assets belonging to Joyful Beading DIY Studio are protected and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability: We accept no
liability for injuries or damages resulting from non-compliance with product safety warnings (such as choking hazards).
Privacy Policy & Legal Notice

Collection of Personal Information: We only collect necessary personal details (Name, Address, Email, Phone Number) strictly to fulfill your orders and provide customer support.
Privacy Guarantee: We NEVER sell, rent, trade, or disclose your personal information to third-party marketing companies.
Payment Security: Online payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways (Shopify Payments / PayPal). We do not store your credit card information.
Third-Party Fulfillment: Your shipping details are shared solely with our postal partners (Australia Post) to complete delivery.
